AI – a legal view in the Microsoft universe
The IT giants Microsoft, Google, Amazon and Alibaba are continuing to expand their AI platforms. As a result, artificial intelligence is finding its way into more and more standard products, whether through automatic translation or in the analysis of daily work. In this session, we look at the legal and ethical side of artificial intelligence in the Microsoft universe, also with reference to recent judgments and guidelines of the EU Commission, as well as the federal government. We clarify to what extent and with what risk AI can be used in our working world and where there is still a need for discussion.
